Almost everything Betty serves at the restaurant is included in the cookbook, such as her Hot Chicken Salad, Banana Pudding, Chocolate Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie and & Good Cake.

I've never rated a cookbook before, but his one's pretty good with "regular", home style foods. I've had no need to try any recipes in it yet because my mom wanted to have a look at it and I never got it back, had to order a second one for myself. She's fixed several macaroni and cheese, sides, and other dishes from it and all were good. You may need to tweak salt or pepper now and then. You'll also need to go on their web sit and print out a couple of corrections to keep with the book. I live not too far from the restaurant, but it was cheaper to buy it from here. The book itself is actually spiral bound even though it doesn't look like it in the photo. It has recipes for drinks, desserts, sides, salads, and main dishes.Product details
